A laser diode which features built-in power stabilisation, built-in slow start and heatsink. The device is complete with optics and electronics, yet is only 27· 5mm long and 10· 5mm in diameter. Operating mode is continuous wave with small beam divergence and excellent far-field beam quality. Most popular commercial applications for this device include laser pointers, bar-code readers and laboratory and educational uses. So simple to use, it only requires a 3V DC supply to operate. Maximum input current should be restricted to 70mA. |
